Shining tea nostalgia

This afternoon proved picture perfect for a 2009 Ali Shan Hung Shui Oolong in my zhuni Duo Qio.

I also want to say a huge 'Thank You' to a couple in Sacramento. They sent me this 1920s vintage pewter tea caddy:
I could confirm this information in Teaparker's latest book about ancient tea packaging (see page 66). This caddy used to contain Wu Yi Shui Xian Oolong.

The fading colors and classic round shapes of this box add a wonderful touch of sweet nostalgia on my display. I love it!
